This privacy notice was updated on March 29, 2023. As used herein, all references to "website" refers to PremierTransAire.com and any other website owned and operated by Transpacific Associates, Inc. The information you provide on a Transpacific Associates, Inc. website will be used only for its intended purpose. By doing so, you are giving Transpacific Associates, Inc. your permission to use the information for the intended purpose and in accordance with this Global Privacy Notice.
Mobile Applications
As used herein, all references to “mobile apps” may include, individually and/or in any combination of any other mobile application produced, managed, and maintained by Transpacific Associates, Inc.. When accepting the terms of use/end user license agreement for our mobile application software, you must opt-in to collection of data from your mobile device in order for software to work properly.

We will promptly respond to such requests and may ask you for additional information to verify your identity in order to appropriately respond.
